Notice of Conversion/Continuation definition
Notice of Conversion/Continuation means a notice in substantially the form of Exhibit B.
Notice of Conversion/Continuation shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.06.

If the Agent shall have so notified the Company that any such continuation of Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans is not then available, any Notice of Conversion/Continuation with respect thereto shall be deemed withdrawn and such Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans shall be redenominated into Revolving Loans consisting of Base Rate Loans assumed by the Company in Dollars with effect from the last day of the Interest Period with respect to any such Alternative Currency Term Rate Loans.
Upon receipt of such notice, the Borrower may revoke any Notice of Borrowing or Notice of Conversion/Continuation then submitted by it.

Notice of Conversion/Continuation has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.5(e).
