Notice Order definition

Notice Order means the proposed order preliminarily approving the Settlement and directing notice thereof to the Settlement Class, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Notice Order means the order described in ¶4.1 hereof.
Notice Order has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 3.3 of this Agreement.
