Notice to Creditors definition

Notice to Creditors means the notice to Creditors for publication, substantially in the form attached as Schedule "B" hereto;

Notice to Creditors means the notice of the Claims Process to be published in the Globe and Mail, the Calgary Herald, the Edmonton Journal and the Hinton Voice and included as part of the Claims Package in accordance with the Claims Process in substantially the form attached to the Claims Process Order as Schedule "B".
