Notice to Insurer definition

Notice to Insurer means a Notice to Insurer of even date herewith from the Borrower and the Lender, in a form approved by the Lender, pursuant to which the insurance company identified therein receives notice of the Lender’s Lien in the insurance policies obtained by the Borrower pursuant to Section 10.5 hereof.

More Definitions of Notice to Insurer

Notice to Insurer means a Notice to Insurer of even date herewith from Lender, in a form approved by Lender, pursuant to which the insurance companies identified therein receive notice of Lxxxxx’s security interest in the insurance policies obtained by Borrower or Licensor pursuant to Section 7.10 hereof.
