NOTICE TO OBLIGORS. THIS DOCUMENT AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THIS LOAN CONSTITUTE A WRITTEN LOAN AGREEMENT WHICH REPRESENTS THE FINAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE CONTRADICTED BY EVIDENCE OF PRIOR, CONTEMPORANEOUS, OR SUBSEQUENT ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES. THERE ARE NO UNWRITTEN ORAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES TO THIS LOAN. THE TERM "PARTIES" INCLUDES THE UNDERSIGNED PERSONS AND ENTITIES.
