Examples of Notice to Proceed in a sentence
The Consultant shall perform the services at the maximum not-to-exceed fees established in the Notice to Proceed for the individual Project, in conjunction with the hourly rate schedule included in Appendix II of this Agreement.
For each phase of the work, the Consultant shall not commence work until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed and shall perform the work for that phase according to the Schedule agreed to by the City.
The Contractor shall commence the Work within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of a written Notice to Proceed and shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work no later than 365 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed.
The COUNTY is not liable and will not pay the CONSULTANT for any work performed before the date of the Notice to Proceed, unless identified in Exhibit A.
The Owner shall issue a separate Notice to Proceed or Change Order for each such stage and each such stage shall have a separate substantial completion date and a separate liquidated damages amount.
