Notification of unavailability: In respect of each Scheme Year for each Scheme Genset (other than the first) the Pool Member shall not later than 28 days before the start of that Scheme Year for each Scheme Genset notify the Executive Committee of all Settlement Periods in that Scheme Year during which the Scheme Genset is intended to be unavailable.
