Notional Amount definition

Notional Amount. With respect to any Class or Subclass of Interest Only Certificates, an amount used as the principal basis for the calculation of any interest payment amount, as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.
Notional Amount. With respect to any Notional Certificate and any Distribution Date, such Certificate’s Percentage Interest of the Class Notional Amount of such Class of Certificates for such Distribution Date.
