Notional Value means the US Dollar equivalent of the price at which the Bank agreed to purchase or sell to the Borrower a Foreign Currency.

Notional Value has, (i) with respect to a Fixed Income Security, the meaning provided in Section 3.02(a)(ii); (ii) with respect to a Fixed Income Future, the meaning provided in Section 3.02(b)(i); (iii) with respect to a Fixed Income Derivative, the meaning provided in Section 3.02(c)(ii); (iv) with respect to an Equity Security, the meaning provided in Section 3.03(a)(iii); (v) with respect to an Equity Future, the meaning provided in Section 3.03(b)(i); and (vi) with respect to an Equity Option, the meaning provided in Section 3.03(c)(B).
