Objection Deadline definition

Objection Deadline means the date identified in the Preliminary Approval Order and Class Notice by which a Settlement Class Member must serve written objections, if any, to the Settlement to be able to object to the Settlement. The Objection Deadline shall be no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.
Objection Deadline is the last day on which a Settlement Class Member may file an objection to the Settlement, which will be sixty (60) days after the Notice Deadline.
Objection Deadline means sixty (60) days after the Notice Date.

More Definitions of Objection Deadline

Objection Deadline means the time period in which a Settlement Class Member may submit an Objection, which is sixty (60) Days after the Notice Deadline.
