Obsolete Components definition

Obsolete Components means Components or Materials on-hand or on order at EI made obsolete by Change Orders, or deletion from the AVL.
Obsolete Components means the individual Authorized Purchase Component inventory for which there is no demand based upon Hyperfine’s Orders and/or Forecast (whether as a result of an ECO or any other reason whatsoever), even though Hyperfine considers the Products that incorporate such Components as “active” Products because such Products remain on Hyperfine’s Product list or price list made available to Hyperfine’s end users. ​ MANUFACTURE AND SUPPLY AGREEMENT ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​
Obsolete Components means Components in Solectron’s inventory that were purchased within agreed to material order Lead Times and in quantities to support Zhone’s demand forecast, which are non-cancelable and/or non- returnable and for which the latest demand forecast does not show consumption in any Product within the next one-hundred eighty (180) days.

Examples of Obsolete Components in a sentence

  • Any Excess Components and/or Obsolete Components resulting from such reductions in schedule shall be disposed of in accordance with Section 10.1 Manufacturer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to manufacture, deliver and ship in accordance with any rescheduling (pull-ins) request issued pursuant hereto.

  • Within five (5) business days after receiving SANMINA-SCI's E&O List, SANMINA-SCI and CUSTOMER shall finalize the E&O List, and CUSTOMER (i) shall issue to SANMINA-SCI an Order for all Obsolete Components, Sub Assemblies and Finished Goods on the E&O List at a price equal to the Delivered Cost of such Components, Sub Assemblies and Finished Goods plus a [+] markup on such Components.

More Definitions of Obsolete Components

Obsolete Components means the quantity of Components that SANMINA has on hand, which have been ordered, manufactured, or acquired (in accordance with the requirements of this Section 4) based on CUSTOMER’s then-current Forecast or Order, but which SANMINA no longer requires as a result of (i) CUSTOMER’s announcement or notification that the Product into which such Component is incorporated has reached its end of life (“EOL”), (ii) a change in the specification the Product into which the Component is incorporated as a result of an Engineering Change Notice or otherwise; or (iii) Section 4.2(e)(vii) below.
Obsolete Components means: the quantity of Components that SANMINA has on hand, which have been ordered, manufactured, or acquired based on CUSTOMER’s then-current Forecast or Order, but which SANMINA no longer requires as a result of (i) CUSTOMER’s announcement or notification that the Product into which such Component is incorporated has reached its end of life, (ii) a change in the specification the Product into which the Component is incorporated as a result of an Engineering Change Notice or otherwise; or (iii) Section E (vii) below.
Obsolete Components means the quantity of Components that SANMINA has on hand, which have been ordered, manufactured, or acquired (in accordance with the requirements of this Section 4, based on DARKPULSE’s then-current Forecast or Order, but which SANMINA no longer requires as a result of (i) DARKPULSE’s announcement or notification that the Product into which such Component is incorporated has reached its end of life, (ii) a change in the Specification for the Product into which the Component is incorporated as a result of an Engineering Change Notice or otherwise, or (iii) having been an Excess Component for six (6) months.
Obsolete Components means Components that will be discarded or unused due to such Engineering Change Order (as defined in Section 2.3) provided that such Component was not purchased by Synnex outside of the Total Lead Time necessary to meet the Forecasts and Buffer Stock requirements.
