Occupational Lease definition

Occupational Lease means any lease or licence or other right of occupation to which any property leased, occupied or otherwise in the possession of any member of the Group may be subject from time to time.
Occupational Lease means any occupational lease or licence or other right of occupation to which the Retail Properties (or any part of the Retail Properties) and/or the ArtScience Museum (or any part of the ArtScience Museum) may be subject from time to time.

More Definitions of Occupational Lease

Occupational Lease means any lease pertaining to occupation of any of the Property where you are landlord, whether or not the lessee is actually in occupation.
