For the purposes of this regulation, Client is the person who either owns or manages the Occupied Building and who contracts with a commercial applicator to monitor and/or control pests.
For the purposes of this regulation, Occupied Building means any public, private, commercial or institutional structure used or occupied by persons on a regular, long-term basis as a residence or for occupations.
Occupied Building means a residence, school, hospital, house of worship, public library or other building that is occupied or in use as a primary residence or is customarily frequented by the public at the time when the permit application is submitted.
Type 2 and Type 3 Wind Energy Facilities shall be designed to avoid unreasonable adverse shadow flicker effect at any Occupied Building located on a Non-Participating Landowner’s property.
The Employer shall notify the Union prior to the commencement of any work in an Occupied Building performed in accordance with Article 21.100.
