OEM Products definition

OEM Products means the customized products listed and described in Exhibit A, ------------ --------- all related Documentation, Parts and other deliverables provided pursuant to this Agreement.
OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products that are identified on the applicable Order Form.
OEM Products means, collectively, the Program and Documentation developed by SA for HP under this Agreement.

More Definitions of OEM Products

OEM Products means the Aesculap product line, the Wolf product line and the OEM Camera product line as further defined in Exhibit B, and any improvements, derivatives, modifications or enhancements thereto.
OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products which incorporate Dynamsoft Products.
OEM Products means, collectively, the OEM Printers, the OEM Consumables and the OEM Spare Parts supplied by Indigo to HP pursuant to this Agreement.
OEM Products means those Products identified in Exhibit A as such.
OEM Products means the RAID Filer hardware products, including the object code version of the OEM Software, listed in Attachment A.
