OEM Products definition

OEM Products means the products listed in Exhibit A, all related Documentation, Parts and other deliverables provided pursuant to this Agreement.

OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products that are identified on the applicable Order Form.

OEM Products means original equipment manufactured Material that Nortel Networks has no rights to manufacture or have manufactured or to determine supply chain strategy.

More Definitions of OEM Products

OEM Products means, collectively, the Program and Documentation developed by SA for HP under this Agreement.

OEM Products means the Aesculap product line, the Wolf product line and the OEM Camera product line as further defined in Exhibit B, and any improvements, derivatives, modifications or enhancements thereto.

OEM Products means the computer hardware and/or software products which incorporate Dynamsoft Products.

OEM Products. Certain storage interconnect solutions and transceivers manufactured and sold by OEM consisting of combinations of the Products with other substantial value added equipment and software independently developed or procured by OEM, to be offered by OEM, together with related services, directly or indirectly to End-Users, on a turnkey basis.

OEM Products. The Symbol hardware and software products offered for sale by Symbol under the terms of this Addendum and as of the date of execution of this Addendum are as set forth in Schedule A. OEM Products(s) may be changed by Symbol from time to time.

OEM Products means OEM equipment and hardware as integrated with the Products.

OEM Products means OEM's consumer electronic products referred to on the cover page of this Agreement.
