OFAC Lists definition

OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by OFAC pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 25, 2001) or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the List of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked persons maintained by OFAC, as amended from time to time, or any similar lists issued by OFAC.

Examples of OFAC Lists in a sentence

  • Neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries shall, nor shall Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries permit any Affiliate to, directly or indirectly, knowingly enter into any documents, instruments, agreements or contracts with any Person listed on the OFAC Lists.

  • Borrower and each of its Subsidiaries shall immediately notify Collateral Agent if Borrower or such Subsidiary has knowledge that Borrower, or any Subsidiary or Affiliate of Borrower, is listed on the OFAC Lists or (a) is convicted on, (b) pleads nolo contendere to, (c) is indicted on, or (d) is arraigned and held over on charges involving money laundering or predicate crimes to money laundering.

  • No Borrower will, or will permit any Subsidiary to, directly or indirectly, knowingly enter into any Material Contracts with any Blocked Person or any Person listed on the OFAC Lists.

  • Subscriber also represents that, to the extent required, it maintains policies and procedures reasonably designed to ensure compliance with OFAC-administered sanctions programs, including for the screening of its investors against the OFAC Lists.

  • Borrower shall immediately notify Agent if Borrower has knowledge that Borrower or any Subsidiary or Affiliate is listed on the OFAC Lists or (a) is convicted on, (b) pleads nolo contendere to, (c) is indicted on, or (d) is arraigned and held over on charges involving money laundering or predicate crimes to money laundering.

OFAC Lists means either one of the following:
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the SDN List and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any other applicable executive orders.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List maintained by the Office of Foreign Asset Control, the Department of the Treasury pursuant to Executive Order No. 13224, 66 Fed. Reg. 49079 (Sept. 2001) and/or any other list of terrorists or terrorist organizations maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of or by the Office of Foreign Asset Control, the Department of the Treasury or pursuant to any other applicable Executive Orders, as such lists may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
OFAC Lists has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 37(b).
OFAC Lists has the meaning specified in Section 3.14.
OFAC Lists means, collectively, the SDN List and/or any other list of terrorists or other restricted Persons maintained pursuant to any of the rules and regulations of OFAC or pursuant to any applicable executive orders.
