Offer Circular definition

Offer Circular has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(d);

Offer Circular means the take-over bid and the take-over bid circular of Yamana to be provided to the Shareholders in respect of the Offer, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;

Offer Circular means the take-over bid and the take-over bid circular of Stornoway provided to the holders of the Contact Shares in respect of the Offer, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified;
