Offer Circular definition

Offer Circular has the meaning set out in Section 2.1(d);

Offer Circular means the take-over bid and the take-over bid circular of Stornoway provided to the holders of the Contact Shares in respect of the Offer, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified;
