Offer of Settlement means an offer of settlement to be filed with FERC pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 385.602, which offer shall be comprised of this Settlement Agreement.

  • ASX Settlement means ASX Settlement Pty Ltd (ABN 49 008 504 532);
