Offer Spread definition

Offer Spread means an amount equal to the product computed by multiplying (1) the excess of (A) the Offer Value Per Share over (B) the Exercise Price per Share as set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement, by (2) the number of Shares with respect to which the Limited Stock Appreciation Right is being exercised.
Offer Spread means, in respect of a Reference Obligation the subject of a Removal, an offer side quotation (expressed as a percentage per annum) given by the Swap Counterparty in a Notice of Trade Information, or, if applicable, a Revised Notice of Trade Information, in its capacity as a dealer in the credit default swap market, to act as protection seller in respect of a credit default swap based on the Quotation CDS;
Offer Spread means, in respect of a Replaced Entity and a Replacement, the offer price specified by the Structured Credit Desk of Swap Counterparty on the Replacement Compliance Date in respect of such Replaced Entity and Replacement.

More Definitions of Offer Spread

Offer Spread means, in respect of an actual or a proposed Replaced Reference Entity: (a) where the Portfolio Manager has specified an Alternative Quotation in respect of such Replaced Reference Entity in the relevant Substitution Notice, the relevant Alternative Quotation and (b) otherwise, the Counterparty Offer Spread.
Offer Spread means the fee charged by the Approved Trustee upon subscription of units of a constituent fund by a Member. Offer spread does not apply to the BCOM MPF Conservative Fund. Offer spread for a transfer of benefits can only include necessary transaction costs incurred or reasonably likely to be incurred in selling or purchasing investments in order to give effect to the transfer and are payable to a party other than the Approved Trustee.
