Offeree Shares definition

Offeree Shares means the Filta Shares shown in Schedule 1;
Offeree Shares means (i) the 684,283,320 Shares owned by the Shareholder specified in Schedule 1, (ii) any other Shares which it may acquire on or after the date hereof (having obtained the prior written consent of the Consortium or the Offeror for such acquisition pursuant to Clause 3.2.4); and (iii) any other Shares attributable to or derived from the Shares referred to in (i) and (ii) (including, without limitation, any scrip dividend);
Offeree Shares means the ordinary shares in the Offeree shown in column 2 of the Schedule;

  • The minimum number of Offeree Shares that will be capable of being converted into an integral number of FDG Shares will be 5 Offeree Shares, which will be exchangeable for an Exchange CB principal amount of HK$8.50 and will be convertible using the initial conversion price into 17 FDG Shares.

Offeree Shares means (i) the 150,000,000 Shares held by the Covenantor as set out in Schedule 1, (ii) any other Share(s) which the Covenantor may acquire on or after the date hereof (having obtained the prior written consent of the Offeror for such acquisition pursuant to Clause 3.1.3) and (iii) any other Shares attributable to or derived from the Shares referred to in (i) and (ii);
Offeree Shares means (i) the 185,625,000 Shares legally owned by the Shareholder specified in Schedule 1, (ii) any other Share which it may acquire on or after the date hereof and (iii) any other Shares attributable to or derived from the Shares referred to in (i) and (ii);
