Offering Documents definition

Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

Offering Documents means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, any Supplementary Material and, if applicable, the U.S. Private Placement Memorandum;

Offering Documents means, collectively, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus and any Supplementary Material;

• Subject to the terms and conditions hereof and the provisions of the Offering Documents, the undersigned hereby irrevocably subscribes for the Securities set forth in Appendix A hereto for the aggregate consideration set forth in Appendix A.

• The Company has complied in all material respects with the Securities Act and the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder in connection with the Exchange Offer, the Consent Solicitation, the Offering Documents and the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby.

More Definitions of Offering Documents

Offering Documents means, collectively, the Prospectuses, any Supplementary Material and the U.S. Memorandum;

Offering Documents means, collectively, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Amended Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, any Prospectus Amendment, any Supplementary Material, the U.S. Placement Memorandum, if any, and any U.S. Supplementary Material;
