Offering Documents definition

Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;
Offering Documents means, collectively, the Preliminary Prospectus, the Amended Preliminary Prospectus, the Final Prospectus, any Prospectus Amendment, any Supplementary Material, the U.S. Placement Memorandum, if any, and any U.S. Supplementary Material;

  • Without prejudice to the foregoing, each of the Warrantors agrees not to make any amendment or supplement to the Offering Documents, the CSRC Filings or any of them without the prior written approval of the Joint Sponsors and the Overall Coordinators provided that such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Offering Documents means, collectively, the Prospectuses, any Supplementary Material and the U.S. Memorandum;
