Offering Period definition

Offering Period means a 24-month period with respect to which the right to purchase Stock may be granted under the Plan, as determined pursuant to Section 3(a).

More Definitions of Offering Period

Offering Period means such period of time commencing on such date(s) as determined by the Board or Committee, in its sole discretion, and with respect to which Options shall be granted to Participants. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be established or changed by the Board or Committee at any time, in its sole discretion. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event may an Offering Period exceed twenty-seven (27) months.
