All rights accorded the Offering Stockholder with respect to the Offered Shares, other than the right to payment therefor, shall cease at that time.
In the event that the Board of Directors decides to hire an independent appraiser in connection with such determination, all expenses for such independent appraiser shall be borne by the Offering Stockholder.
