Offeror Shares definition

Offeror Shares means the ordinary shares in the capital of the Offeror;
Offeror Shares means the issued and fully paid-up ordinary shares in the capital of the Offeror; “Rothschild” meansRothschild (Singapore) Limited;

Offeror Shares means the shares of par value US$1.00 in the share capital of the Offeror;
