Office Complex definition

Office Complex means the development comprised of the three office buildings commonly known as Watergate Towers I, II and m addressed, respectively, as ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, respectively, Emeryville, California.
Office Complex as used in this Lease, shall mean (i) the Building, and the “Common Areas,” as that term is defined in Section 1.3 below, (ii) the Land (which is improved with landscaping, open-use parking lots and other improvements) upon which the Building, and the Common Areas are located, and (iii) at Landlord’s discretion, any additional real property, areas, buildings or other improvements added thereto pursuant to the terms of Section 1.4 of this Lease.
Office Complex means a freestanding building in which one or more businesses are conducted or professions practised including associated clerical, administrative, consulting, advisory or training services, but not a “Medical Clinic” or “Veterinary Clinic”, “Medical Office” or “Veterinary Office”, “Computer Programming Establishment” or “Data Processing Establishment”.

Office Complex means the entire complex of buildings, land driveway, parking and walkway, and landscaped areas which make up the entire Kingsgate Place. The word "Building" as used herein means the Building of which the leased premises are a part.
