Officer or Officers definition

Officer or Officers means any Officer or Officers appointed as provided in Article 4.
Officer or Officers means those persons designated or elected to serve as the officers of the Association from time to time;
Officer or Officers wherever used in this Agreement shall mean all Masters, Deck Officers and Engineer Officers employed by the Employer on vessels owned and operated and/or bareboat chartered by the Employer. The term “vessel” shall not be deemed to include any floating dry-dock.

More Definitions of Officer or Officers

Officer or Officers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.15(a) of this Agreement.
Officer or Officers as used herein shall mean the Officers of the Council; namely, the Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer Pro Tempore/Treasurer (if applicable), and the Secretary.
Officer or Officers means a Director or the Directors and the Secretary of the Company.

  • Officers Certificate” means a certificate signed on behalf of the Company by two Officers of the Company, one of whom must be the principal executive officer, the principal financial officer, the treasurer or the principal accounting officer of the Company, that meets the requirements of Section 12.05 hereof.

  • Health Officer means the Municipal Health Officer or District Health Officer or such other official as may be appointed by the State Government in that behalf.
