Official Body definition

Official Body means any government or political subdivision or any agency, authority, regulatory body, bureau, central bank, commission, department or instrumentality of any such government or political subdivision, or any court, tribunal, grand jury or arbitrator, in each case whether foreign or domestic.

• All approvals, authorizations, consents, orders, licenses, filings or other actions of any Person or of any Official Body (if any) required for the due execution, delivery and performance by the Servicer of each Transaction Document to which the Servicer is a party have been obtained or made.
