Official Committee definition

Official Committee means the official committee of unsecured claimholders appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.

Official Committee means the official committee of unsecured creditors of the Debtors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases on December 15, 2022 [D.I. 231] pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code, as reconstituted from time to time.
