The District makes no representation or warranty as to the information contained in or omitted from the Preliminary Official Statement or the Official Statement in reliance upon and in conformity with information furnished in writing to the District by or on behalf of the Underwriters through a representative of the Underwriters specifically for inclusion therein.
In accordance with the requirements of the Rule, at or prior to the Closing, the District shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered a Continuing Disclosure Certificate (the “Continuing Disclosure Certificate”) on behalf of each obligated person for which financial and/or operating data is presented in the Official Statement.
