Oil and Grease definition

Oil and Grease means an organic substance or substances recoverable by procedures set out in Standard Methods or procedures authorized by the Director and includes, but is not limited to, hydrocarbons, esters, fats, oils, waxes, and high-molecular weight carboxylic acids.
Oil and Grease means n-Hexane extractable matter as described in the Standard Methods.
Oil and Grease means an organic Substance or Substances recoverable by the partition- gravimetric procedure set out in Standard Methods or a procedure authorized by the Engineer and includes, but is not limited to, hydrocarbons, esters, fats, oils, waxes and high molecular weight carboxylic acids.
