Old Agreement definition

Old Agreement means the "BRUKER-HP ITMS AGREEMENT between Bruker-Xxxxxxx Analytik GmbH and Hewlett-Packard Company" dated January 19, 1996, together with Amendments I and 2 thereto, dated March 14, 1997, and Amendment 3, dated September 1, 1997.
