O&M Agreement definition

O&M Agreement means the agreement(s), if any, between the Company and the O&M Contractor for the operation and maintenance of the Facility to be entered into between the Company and the O&M Contractor, as amended or superseded from time to time;

O&M Agreement means that certain Operations and Maintenance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

O&M Agreement means, with respect to each Individual Property (to the extent required by the environmental reports referenced in Section 3.1.3(e) hereof), that certain Operations and Maintenance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and Lender given in connection with the Loan, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
