O&M Contractor definition

O&M Contractor means the person, if any, with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Concessionaire;

O&M Contractor means a person, if any, with whom the Developer has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M obligations for and on behalf of the Developer;

O&M Contractor means the person or entity with whom the Concessionaire has entered into an O&M Contract for discharging O&M functions for and on behalf of the Concessionaire.

• Upon such deemed approval the Seller shall be relieved of any obligation under this Agreement and all other relevant Project Agreements to obtain any further approval of AEDB only to the extent of the O&M Contractor or such major sub-contractor.
