O&M Works definition

O&M Works means the design planning and execution of all works and functions associated with the operation, repair and maintenance of the Toll Road and its facilities;
O&M Works means all the Works identified in Section 3 (O&M Works) of the Employer’s
O&M Works or “O&M” shall mean the works relating the operation and maintenance of the Project during the O&M Period, as more particularly described in SCHEDULE III and SCHEDULE-IV.

  • The successful Bidder shall submit the requisite details/ credentials of the proposed sub-contractor for O&M Works within 6 months of issue of Letter of Award to the Engineer In Charge for approval.

  • The Auditing Body (Independent Consultant) shall commence its duties on the same date as the O&M Works commences.

  • The Parties shall use their reasonable endeavours to agree any revisions to the O&M Works LMA Drawings necessary to reflect such exclusion and if they are unable to reach agreement within 180 days of the effective date of such exercise then either Party may refer the matter for resolution under the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

  • All such maintenance, repair and O&M Works shall be carried out in such a way as to cause least inconvenience to users of the Project/Project Facilities.

  • The Account Manager has ultimate responsibility for management and delivery of the O&M Works Requirements, including winter service.


More Definitions of O&M Works

O&M Works means all Works necessary to keep the Realty Facilities in operation during the Operations Period.
O&M Works means all works necessary to keep the Project Infrastructure in operation during the Operations Period.
O&M Works means all works necessary to keep the Project Highway in operation during the Toll Period.

Related to O&M Works

  • Work/ works means work / works to be executed in accordance with the contract.

  • Sewage Works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • Demolition works means any physical activity to tear down or break up a structure (or part thereof) or surface, or the like, and includes the loading of demolition waste and the unloading of plant or machinery.

  • Collective Work means a work, such as a periodical issue, anthology or encyclopedia, in which the Work in its entirety in unmodified form, along with a number of other contributions, constituting separate and independent works in themselves, are assembled into a collective whole. A work that constitutes a Collective Work will not be considered a Derivative Work (as defined below) for the purposes of this License.

  • Work Products are defined as all materials, tangible or not, created in whatever medium pursuant to this Agreement, including without limitation publications, promotional or educational materials, reports, manuals, specifications, drawings and sketches, computer programs, software and databases, schematics, marks, logos, graphic designs, notes, matters and combinations thereof, and all forms of intellectual property.

  • Day works means varied work inputs subject to payment on a time basis for the Service Provider's employees and equipment, in addition to payments for associated materials and administration.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Work means all Services to be performed, goods to be delivered, and any appurtenant actions performed, and items produced, conceived, or developed, including Deliverables.

  • Licensee Improvements means any enhancement to or modification or improvement of the Licensed Patents and/or the Proprietary Information created by or on behalf of Licensee and/or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Digital audio works which means works that result from the fixation of a series of musical, spoken, or other sounds, including ringtones; and

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas. Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Infrastructure improvement means permanent infrastructure that is essential for the public health and safety or that:

  • Private Improvements means the improvements to be constructed on the Property that are not Public Improvements.

  • Supplier Background IPR means Intellectual Property Rights owned by the Supplier before the Call Off Commencement Date, for example those subsisting in the Supplier's standard development tools, program components or standard code used in computer programming or in physical or electronic media containing the Supplier's Know-How or generic business methodologies; and/or Intellectual Property Rights created by the Supplier independently of this Call Off Contract,

  • start of works means the earlier of either the start of construction works relating to the investment, or the first legally binding commitment to order equipment or any other commitment that makes the investment irreversible. Buying land and preparatory works such as obtaining permits and conducting feasibility studies are not considered start of works. For take-overs, ‘start of works’ means the moment of acquiring the assets directly linked to the acquired establishment;
