Examples of O&M Works in a sentence

  • The successful Bidder shall submit the requisite details/ credentials of the proposed sub-contractor for O&M Works within 6 months of issue of Letter of Award to the Engineer In Charge for approval.

  • The purpose will be to audit and monitor the performance of both the Employer and the Contractor during the O&M Works Period in compliance with the Employer's Requirements and the terms of the Contract.

Related to O&M Works

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Home improvement contractor or "contractor" means a person who sells goods and services, or agrees to furnish or render services, to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement installment contract, or sells goods and services to a retail buyer pursuant to a home improvement charge agreement, but not in connection with construction of new homes.
