Omnibus Incentive Plan definition
Omnibus Incentive Plan means our 2020 Omnibus Incentive Plan.
Omnibus Incentive Plan means (i) Constellation Energy Partners LLC Long-Term Incentive Plan, (ii) the Constellation Energy Partners LLC 2009 Omnibus Incentive Plan and (iii) any successor plan adopted by CEP or any of its Affiliates for the benefit of the employees of CEP or any of its Affiliates.
