At the date of signature, COMPANY will invoice the Onboarding Fees and One-time Fees.
In the event that GAF suspends or terminates your GAF Project account for breaching this Agreement, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused time on a subscription, any Onboarding Fees, User Fees, or any other fees.
Account charges are fully earned upon payment and there are no refunds or credits for Onboarding Fees or User Fees for partially used months or years, as applicable, except as set forth in this Agreement.
