Ongoing Services definition

Ongoing Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Services Agreement.

Ongoing Services means, for an Acquired Hotel, the reasonable services requested by HHG, which services may include refinancing, consulting, cross border tax leveraging opportunities, financial modeling, bartering transactions, marketing contacts and strategy, and actuarial understanding of financial aspects of hotel value.
