Online Terms and Conditions definition

Online Terms and Conditions means the online terms and conditions as may be notified by R&M to the Client from time to time which apply to the use by the Client of the Electronic Systems;

  • The Custodian shall provide notice of any change to the FX Online Terms and Conditions to the Fund at least ten business days prior to their taking effect, unless the Custodian determines that the circumstances require that a shorter period apply.

  • If there are conflicts or inconsistencies between the Online Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Conditions of Sale herein, the provisions in this Conditions of Sale shall prevail.
