Online Transaction means any Phone/Electronic Transaction requested through an Electronic Transmission over the Internet.

• The Online Transaction Portal of MFU i.e. www.mfuonline.com and the POS locations of MFUI will be in addition to the existing Official Points of Acceptance (“OPA”) of the AMC.
