Seller understands and acknowledges that City is subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. §24A.1 et seq.) and therefore cannot assure the confidentiality of contract terms or other information provided by Seller pursuant to this Agreement that would be inconsistent with City’s compliance with its statutory requirements thereunder.
Subject to the provisions of the Open Records Act, the details of the proposal documents will remain confidential until final award.
