Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of such information propriety, confidential, and trade secret information during the term of this Agreement and following the termination of this Agreement for so long as such information remains proprietary, confidential, and/or trade secret to the extent that it does not violate the Georgia Open Records Act or any other federal, state, or local laws.
Contractor must comply with all the requirements of the Kansas Open Records Act (K.S.A. 42-215 et seq.) in providing services and/or goods under this Agreement.
The parties accept that City must comply with the Kansas Open Records Act, and will produce upon written request all documents pertaining to this Agreement other than those covered by express exceptions to disclosure listed in the Act.
