Operating Companies definition

Operating Companies shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.
Operating Companies means, collectively, the Creekside Operating Company, the Mentone Operating Company and the Yucaipa Operating Company. “Operating Company” means any of the Operating Companies.
Operating Companies means EAI, EMI, ELI and ENOI, each being an "Operating Company".

More Definitions of Operating Companies

Operating Companies has the meaning set forth in Section 2.06 of this Agreement.
