Operating Contracts definition

Operating Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.8.

Operating Contracts means the management agreements, service contracts, supply contracts, leases (other than the Leases) and other agreements, if any, in effect with respect to the construction, ownership, operation, occupancy or maintenance of the Property.

More Definitions of Operating Contracts

Operating Contracts. Two operating contracts let 1st June 2019 comprising: -  Lot 1 – known as the “Waste and Resource Management Services” (WRMS).  Lot 2 – known as the “Household Waste Recycling Centre management services” (HWRCMS).

Operating Contracts means (i) any Contract providing for the purchase, sale or distribution of electricity, fuel or any byproduct from electricity generation and (ii) any agreement for the operation and maintenance of any Project.

Operating Contracts means all contracts, agreements and instruments (and all amendments and modifications thereto) entered into by Seller in the ordinary course of the Business prior to the date hereof, including without limitation all real property leases, documentation related to the Interests and interconnection agreements to the extent that Buyer is required to perform such obligations by applicable law or as a condition to obtaining any Governmental Approvals, and all such contracts, agreements and instruments entered into by Seller in the ordinary course of the Business between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date.

Operating Contracts means all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to, collectively, the service agreements, maintenance contracts, equipment leasing agreements, leasing commission agreements, warranties, guarantees, bonds and other contracts for the provision of labor, services, materials or supplies relating solely to the Real Property, Improvements or Personal Property and under which Seller is currently paying for services rendered in connection therewith, as listed on Exhibit C attached hereto, together with any and all renewals, supplements, amendments and modifications thereof, and any and all new such agreements entered into after the Effective Date, to the extent permitted by Section 7.1(f), except that any existing management agreements will be terminated at Closing and are excluded from such term.

Operating Contracts means all contracts now or hereafter entered into for the management, maintenance, and operation of the Golf Resort, including, without limitation, all such contracts for utilities to be provided for the Golf Resort and all such contracts for Equipment and Supplies.

Operating Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Subsection 2.1.1(F) hereof.
