Operating Lease Rentals definition
Operating Lease Rentals means, with respect to any period, the sum of the minimum amount of rental and other obligations required to be paid during such period by the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary as lessee under all leases of real or personal property (other than Capital Leases), excluding any amounts required to be paid by the lessee (whether or not therein designated as rental or additional rental) (a) which are on account of maintenance and repairs, insurance, taxes, assessments, water rates and similar charges, or (b) which are based on profits, revenues or sales realized by the lessee from the leased property or otherwise based on the performance of the lessee.
Operating Lease Rentals means the periodic expense for the portion of obligations with respect to non-capital leases determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

Operating Lease Rentals means, as applied to the Borrowers and their ----------------------- Restricted Subsidiaries for any period, the total amount (whether designated as rentals or additional or supplemental rentals or otherwise) payable as lessee under all Operating Leases during such period, including amounts so payable during such period by reason of a lease termination or a surrender of property but excluding amounts so payable on account of maintenance, ordinary repairs, insurance, taxes, assessments and other charges which cover the cost of, or reimburse the lessor for, costs related to the applicable Operating Lease or the property subject thereto or to the use, holding or operation thereof.
