Operating Member definition

Operating Member is defined in Section 2.03(a).

Operating Member means, in relation to a consortium Bidder, the member of such consortium who fulfills the criteria set forth in Clause 1.2.2 of Section II-A.

Operating Member. – means the Bidder itself if it is a single firm, or a member of the Bidder consortium designated by the Bidder and qualified by Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) as a member having experience in the operation and maintenance of Solar System.
