Operating Partnership Units definition

Operating Partnership Units means limited partnership units of the Operating Partnership.
Operating Partnership Units shall have the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Operating Partnership Units means the interest held by the Saul Organization in the Saul Holdings Limited Partnership.
