Operating Project definition

Operating Project means the projects as per the mSCOA Project Segment.

More Definitions of Operating Project

Operating Project means a Project that has achieved Completion.

Operating Project as used in this act, means any project owned, in whole or in part, or controlled, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, or operated, directly or indirectly, by the Medical School, and shall also include, without limitation, parking, utility, and similar essential and related facilities operated by the Medical School or an agent therefor, either for itself or for itself and other health-related entities and

Operating Project means any Project which at any time (i) is an income-producing property in operating condition and in respect of which no material part thereof has been (a) damaged by fire or other casualty (unless such damage has been repaired) or (b) condemned (unless such condemnation has been restored), (ii) is a retail, office or industrial property, and (iii) for which a certificate of occupancy, whether temporary or permanent, or the functional equivalent thereof, has been issued for the operating portions of the improvements comprising the same (if required by law to occupy the same) and are in full force and effect, and “Operating Properties” means all such Operating Properties, collectively. An Operating Property shall not include any Assets under Development.

Operating Project as used in this act shall mean any project operated by the Authority or directly controlled by the Authority and shall include, without limitation, parking facilities operated by the Authority or an agent therefor and medical office buildings with respect to which the Authority exercises the normal powers of a landlord. Operating Project means a Project that is, and has completed all performance testing necessary for such Project to meet the requirements for, accruing revenue under the Power Purchase Agreements, tariffs or other similar long-term arrangements.
