Following an Operational Emergency, the Company shall provide notice of any variation to the VAR as soon as is reasonably practicable.
Inmarsat may amend an Inmarsat Policy or Product Data Sheet upon at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice (which may be provided by email and/or via the Inmarsat portal), except in the case of an Operational Emergency, in which case Inmarsat may make any necessary amendment and provide notice of any amendment to Customer as soon as is reasonably practicable following the amendment.
