Operational Fee definition

Operational Fee means, in respect of each Series, the operational fee payable by the Issuer to the Arranger in exchange for the Arranger’s services and its undertaking to ensure payment of all fees, Taxes and expenses of the Issuer attributable to such Series, including, without limitation, any amounts due to the relevant Transaction Parties under the Transaction Documents and other service providers to the Issuer and the Issuer Profit Amount, as calculated by the Administrator on the basis of the Total Expense Ratio.
Operational Fee or plural thereof means the amount charged by the Contractor to the City for providing Maintenance Services for the Parking Equipment, Parkades and Surface Lots exclusive of all applicable taxes.

More Definitions of Operational Fee

Operational Fee means a fee consisting of the entire amount of Monthly EBIT, which shall accrue monthly during the Agency Operations Period, and shall be payable within 30 days following the end of each calendar month during the Agency Operations Period.

  • Operational Expenses means expenses of the clerk of court used to maintain the clerk’s office and includes, but is not limited to, (i) computer support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and replace- ments and office automation and information technol- ogy equipment, including software and conversion services; (ii) preserving, maintaining, and enhancing court records, including, but not limited to, the costs of repairs, maintenance, consulting services, service contracts, redaction of social security numbers from certain records, and system replacements or upgrades; and (iii) improving public access to records maintained by the clerk, including locating technology in an offsite facility for such purposes or for implementation of a disaster recovery plan.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Professional Fee Claims means all Claims for accrued, contingent, and/or unpaid fees and expenses (including transaction and success fees) incurred by a Professional in the Chapter 11 Cases on or after the Petition Date and through and including the Confirmation Date that the Bankruptcy Court has not denied by Final Order.
