Operations and Maintenance Agreement definition

Operations and Maintenance Agreement means that certain Operations and Maintenance Agreement of even date herewith from Borrower and Operating Company in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Lenders, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
