Operations Center or “OC” is the datacenter location where Client installs the ConnectWise Software to run the Managed Services.

If an employee has performed work on twenty-one (21) straight days, the employee must be granted the next two (2) days off. If the next two (2) days off occur on regular work days for that employee, such employee shall, nonetheless, be granted the days off at the straight-time rate of pay.
