Opt-Out Period definition
Opt-Out Period means the period that begins the day after the earliest day on which the Notice is first distributed, and that ends no later than 30 days before the Final Approval Hearing.

The Notices shall provide that opt-out requests must be sent to the Claims Administrator and be postmarked no later than 60 days after the Notice Deadline (the last day of the Opt-Out Period).
More Definitions of Opt-Out Period
Opt-Out Period means the period commencing on the date of entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and ending on the Opt-Out Date, during which Settlement Class Members may submit a timely Request for Exclusion.
Opt-Out Period means the time period ordered by the Court during which a Settlement Class Member may submit an Opt-Out Request to opt out of the benefits available under the Settlement Agreement and also not be bound by the Settlement Agreement.
